Working for Oracle adds value to my resume because the trainning recevied excedes expectations.

It could turn into a runtine work. Big companies are more impersonal

Pros

technical training, internal technical discussions, career path is very good, very competetive salaries.

Cons

some managers following the poor management schools, and don't have the management skills to manage the teams properly, for example: my previous manager is trying to inforce the team to work from the office in all working days, hence the policy is mentioning that the support engineer should take 2 days from home, while he is not applying the policy on himself and he is working from home for the whole week.
