Great products. World class developers. World class training.

Cons

Some of the worst sexism ever encountered on the job. Some of the most driven people(good) - sometimes willing to bend the truth a little(bad bad bad). They hand out the ethics violation hotline here for a reason. Clients would be appalled if they saw how our own databases where flawed.

Pros

Oralce is a well known and respected organization in the technology industry. The depth and breadth of the product stack and technical knowledge of the staff will open just about any door in any organization to provide the opportunity to sell.

Cons

From a sales standpoint, there are a lot of members to the sales "team". Coordinating all of those members and competing agendas can be a challenge. Customers get frustrated with multiple touch points from all the team members. This can be managed with a strong team however.
