      Pros

      Oracle is a big company with a rep for good technology. It is also a fairly stabile company as far as job safety (for an IT company). Usually pretty flexible about a work at home arrangement.

      Cons

      No raises, poor communication, very little comraderie. The management is focused on the dollars and not on the people. The large amount of acquisitions makes life harder and organizations change constantly.

      Good place to train for your next job

      Pros

      Oracle had a good training program for those not familiar with the database and application market. It was intermixed with working with existing sales people to get people up to speed quickly. The building was nice as it had a nice cafeteria and large free onsite gym to workout in.

      Cons

      There was no career path for sales people most people including top performers left after a while. Either you moved into management or you moved on. The sales team I worked with seemed to be a body shop with high turnover which could explain why the training was so good.

      Money are great. Very good comany to work. It is a stron leader.

      Cons

      Everything is fine. I dont see any disadvetages.
