Pros

Blessed to be able to get hired by a great company whole cares about their remote employees. Hired as a newbie without any experience with online jobs. I am now almost a year work with such a caring company!

Cons

As an introvert, I am very much culture shocked with the very sociable network of co-workers in the company. Not considered a con but I was overwhelmed during my first few months but gotten used to it.

Pros

- They take good care of their employees from the very beginning. They will properly orient you about the company, policies, rules, and your specific job description. -If you are looking for a long-term stable job, with less toxic environment for a WFH set-up, this is it! The TL and HR are very approachable that you won't be hisitate to inquire or ask for any clarifications if there is something that hinders you from work. They will always make time to address any concerns for every employee. -They have lots of company incentives and programs that will make you more motivated to do hard work and give your everyday best. -They will provide you a monitor so you can work more effectively after 3 months probationary period and a lot more to come! Your hard work here will be paid off. - Salary increase is guaranteed 15% or more after evaluation if you have proven yourself a hard-working, excellent, and reliable employee.

Cons

- If you are not used to a WFH set-up, you will find this job boring and more on a routine. Even if the company's culture and the program are good, there are still exemptions and it's not for everyone. They have high standards too that will really make you think out of the box, but surely at the end of the day, if you pursue, it's all worth it.
