Culture and recognition is prevalent.

Cons

You need to understand that there are no benefits for hires from the Philippines. If you are okay with this then this is not a Con. Non compete clause needs to be understood as well. Performance review needs a lot of work as the company can terminate you right away if they feel that you are not up to par, even if you are just starting.
