Pros

Nice people, good location, Apple products, they fly people to the US for kickoffs and conventions sometimes. You get to play with a lot of different technologies.

Cons

Very messy, they don't have any clear flows for anything, whether it's software development, taking vacation days, finance, HR. Sometimes they make internal policies and don't tell anyone until it's too late. You have to make your own way and fight if you want things to happen. No personal development official process. They don't communicate with employees what is their responsibility and there's no official evaluation process between workers and managers. They treat their long term employees badly, and don't know how to maintain good employees. No bonuses. Hard to get more options or salary upgrades. The sales people are the gods of the company and RnD gets less appreciated both in company events and in work conditions. They are all about making money.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. This year, we have launched our annual assessment process, an opportunity for employees to share their wins, plan for their career development, have open and honest conversations with their managers regarding their performance, build trust, and increase transparency. This process is new to the company and directly aligns with the merit increase process. In addition, we offer robust training programs and opportunities to our employees. We host New Hire Orientation and a New Hire Bootcamp for every employee so they can acclimate quickly and better understand the business. Our Learning and Development Team has also launched three new training programs so our employees can enhance their professional development and grow their careers. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’ve grown significantly year over year, the world has changed much more dramatically and as a result we have had to make a strategic organizational realignment, impacting approximately 170 employees worldwide. While this decision was extremely challenging and has affected all geographies and departments today, we remain extremely positive about our future. In addition, large internal events are an investment in our employees and are typically planned over a year in advance. If you have any other thoughts or questions, please reach out to your HRBP. Thank you.

Pros

Nice office, growing company, demand for data protection is high

Cons

- Lack of concern for Covid-19 precautions with lack of Covid-19 testing, no requirement for proof of vaccination status, no masks, social distancing evident, and there is a requirement to be on site despite growing spread of Covid-19 - Office politics (backbiting, bias and preferential treatment is rampant) - Micromanagement - Management spends lots of time spent looking at the Salesforce dashboards & reports vs. coaching - Heavy drinking culture (fraternity type culture) - Lack of diversity - Opportunities for internal promotions, professional development and growth are limited - the majority of AE’s are external hires
