The worst company you could work for. Toxic environment, management is unprofessional and corrupt. People get promoted because they are friends with their manager and not based on performance. There is no transparency, employees get lied to all the time. People are getting fired on a weekly basis, but the company doesn't call it layoffs just so they won't have to compensate accordingly or explain to the investors, so they let great employees go and say it's because of performance (and lie about the circumstances). and finally, the CEO is the worst - thinks he is a king or something, and is petty about tiny things that make no difference to anyone. Do yourself a favor, save yourself and stay away, the money doesn't worth it. You are welcome.

It's just another corporate souless company. Getting rid of half the workforce by looking over their shoulder and seeing what the rest are doing. Now that wave is over, everything is rosey again and more people being sent to bootcamp. No matter what they say, you are just a number at this company and there is no "OB Family", despite the speel you may here. You are a disposable employee, so just live with it, and enjoy the free stuff you get along the way.
