Co workers were great to be around

Cons

They go strictly by AI, leaving out thousands of high quality workers that are better than those being interviewed. With the economy the way it is, they need to change their approach. I had one poor employee who had the most amazing experience rejected more than 15 times, once in 5 minutes! She’s a VP now.

WFH 2 days/w Some people (just a few) has great work ethic. Others smiles at you and then creates false perceptions about you, inciting the team to gossip.

Low quality of work even in people hired as ‘senior”.

Decent benefits, your equals are usually enthusiastic and willing to help each other out.

Cons

Line Managers will outright lie in front of HR reps to protect themselves and they will try to funnel your progression to whatever they, as an individual LM, need the most and not what you might be the best fit for.
