The training is not practice-based. The culture in the company is poor as bad behavior is allowed and encouraged by the management. The managers are not interested at all if you could do your work or not because someone else that you depend on is not doing their job on time and then you are blamed for that and requested to work over time. Moreover, they provoke conflicts within the team. The teamwork and the communication is also bad.
