      - Feeling valued and trusted. - The senior leadership at PSI is transparent. - There are very smart people to work with, which raises your own bar every day, and gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction whenever you do something impactful at work.

      - Handling tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of work, so planning and time management are key factors to keep a healthy balance between personal/ professional life.

      Supportive and positive company culture, where colleagues become friends and there is the opportunity to meet and learn face to face. Nothing is too much trouble, staff are motivated and managers genuinely care. I feel proud to work at PSI

      Cons

      There is no opportunity to work part-time in a PM role
