Great benefits (health insurance, travel insurance, yearly bonus, pension scheme, flexi-time, social committee, Christmas and summer parties ect.), good progression scheme, equal opportunities, fun and interesting work

Cons

Some managerial oversight, not noticing when people are struggling/when people have not enough to do

-Great work culture and work/life balance -Coworkers and upper management are very friendly and collaborative -PSI obviously cares about employees -Flexibility -New office location is nice (even though a little unfinished)

Cons

-Compensation is good, but benefits could be better -Some (but not all) leadership is very resistant to change, and reluctant to implement new processes when it makes sense to do so -Can be clashes between Eastern Europe/US based factions of departments
