I've worked in many different kinds of organizations over the years, but I can honestly say that I've never enjoyed my job as much as I have here. Senior management listens to ideas, opinions are respected, and the culture is warm, inviting, and invigorating.

Cons

The same challenges that come with working across many timezones.

Cons

Sometimes see siloes across departments common to most companies, but this is relatively minimal
