Excellent opportunity to meet excellent people, professional, educated, involved, inspired. I have received an excellent training and coaching, from very start to the in-depth knowledge of my profession. It has been a truly great experience. PSI's main value were/are people. It has been like a very large and friendly family.

Cons

Work-life balance was more to the work side, but since I was young, i did not mind much. A lot of travel involved, but it's part of the job.
