      PSI is a good company to work with apparently strong values and offer a good pay for director’s role. The company is expanding in UK market and is offering some good positions along with insurance benefits.

      Cons

      PSI is a good company to work with apparently strong values that evaporate when it comes to line management. The company supports micromanagement and career progression is almost impossible for newcomers. New employees are expected to get all heavy workload to lift from colleagues who have been a long time in the company. Work/life balance is poor, and you need to take it into account that you must be able to survive micromanagement especially from Romanian and Bulgarian managers who rule a lot in that company. If you feel you can support this and get through successfully then this is the right place for you!
