      Pros

      Well organized training system, great people to work with (most of them), adequate support from your team and supervisors when you need it.

      Cons

      Salary range is lower that the average in the industry. Extra work is not paid or compensated, but you are expected to do it, when required. Some of the company's systems or procedures are a nightmare, way too complicated and time-consuming.

      Pros

      Pros: Great training in the industry. Unfortunately many come here to get their training and move on to other CRO's or work with clients, studies directly. Benefits are okay, salary could be better. Some very nice people (but they seem to keep leaving).

      Cons

      Cons: Turn over his horrible. Employees don't stay long. If your not part of the click, you won't last long. Beware of a company that shouts they're family, yet people don't want to stay. Dysfunctional family maybe. HR is weird and too involved in business aspects that don't involve HR related situations. HR has a odd relationship with the Director. You can only make excuses for the company's culture for so long, eventually it's just blatantly inappropriate. It seems per previous reviews, it was a much better environment earlier on, but since 2020 it has gone down hill (fast). They hire a lot but lose a lot. They push you to fill out surveys on the company to make them look good.
