      Pros

      PSI really takes care of their workers. You can have a family, 'home' feeling in your working hours.

      Cons

      Over working is very common. As a CTA you will do "everything", which is also quite good to implement yourself, but after a while it is too wild to take care every different field (department related job) in a good quality.

      I love my company so much because I can realize myself here at full speed, I can be as flexible at work as possible, with maximum effort to my day-by-day tasks. Here they appreciate professionalism, flexibility in the approach to solving issues, and speed are valued as well.
