Great culture, everyone in the office and remote workers are very friendly and willing to lend a hand. Clear communication lines and management is always available and willing to listen and take any concerns seriously. Room to grow within the organization. One of the best companies I have worked for thus far.

Cons

Small growing pains here and there as we continue growth, but nothing unexpected.
