      Pros

      The overall family-like atmosphere is wonderful, and the salary is quite competitive, especially compared to other similar full-time jobs in the city or even the country. Stable payments twice a month. Free insurance for employees and discounted one for their relatives. Own gym in the office building.

      Cons

      Hectic schedule sometimes, and working late hours is not paid. No incentives for employees to speak of, apart from annual bonus and New Year corporate event. Work gets boring and tedious over time.

      Pros

      Excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, for candidates with some years of experience. Friendly and international environment. High quiality office and equippments. Directors and managers are available, there is an open door culture. Salary and benefits are fair, semi-flexible working hours, good team.

      Cons

      Management is specialized in their filed of education background (MD, PharmD), they grew with the business - started from the bottom and reached to the top, but definitely they serioulsy need to develop their leadership and management knowledge and skills. Consistency, communication and understainding/using of managerial tools (performance appraisal, giving feedback, managing colleagues, workload managment, talent etc) are not their strenghts at all. As an employee you have to manage yourself - and there is room for that.
