      Pros

      Flexibility, great work/life balance, smart team members, generous PTO days. Only good for a year or so if you are in the beginning of your career. Don't stay longer than 2 years.

      Cons

      Way below average pay. Company has lost its direction and keep changing vision every few months. No investment in existing products. Unhappy customers. Mid level managers have no people skills. No incentive program or career development path. You will be stuck in your role, trying to navigate through the red tapes, even if you are super qualified.

      Pros

      This is a great company to be a part of. Since my first day everyone has been very friendly and supportive. A great organization to develop a career path in. You have the opportunity to make a difference instead of being lost in the crowd. Management is clear on their objectives and openly communicate with you your goals and how to achieve them. Great office culture with business causal dress and a multitude of offerings like a on premise gym, outdoor seating, & large cafeteria. Thankful I chose PTC!

      Pros

      The people are amazing to work with, they are passionate, intelligent and driven. The people are what has and will continue to drive the company to success. The technology vision is very exciting and the company is willing to invest to become the IoT leader. If you are willing to work hard and create your own career path you will have numerous opportunities.

      Cons

      Constant change of strategy, layoffs twice a year and expectation to work around the clock doesn't allow any work life balance.
