Pros

interesting industry travel for work good if you just drink the kool-aid, don't make any waves, do as you're told and don't ask questions

Cons

I think there are other posts that talk about how antiquated the management styles are. If you're looking for a company that strives on "corporate culture", young talent, who also values employees, encourages team work, and recognizes hard work - then this company is NOT for you. If you are a millennial, this company is NOT for you. If you have ideas, or want to share your ideas on how to make processes easier/better - this company is NOT for you - because no one cares. "This is the way we have always done it and if it isn't broke, don't fix it." Extremely high turn over rate. Management has no idea how to motivate and retain young talent. Little/no innovation. Lots of office politics and games.

Pros

Company has (virtually) unlimited days of sick time. Time-off policies are geared towards supporting employee health and family. The company is stable given that it operates in a very niche market of In-Flight Entertainment. Personal growth is limited.

Cons

Bonus is a joke at this company. Most experienced people gets few thousand dollars compared to many other companies paying $20K to 35K bonus. 401K benefit is also poor. Maximum you get 4% employer match compared to other employers matching 8% to 12%. The upper management is almost born in this company so they don't have much real world of management experience. You are expected to work your head down and don't ask any questions to the manager. Personal growth is almost nil.

Pros

Very interesting industry to work in.

Cons

Too much gossip and back stabbing in the company. Panasonic always seems to be playing "catch-up" with their technology instead of leading the way. They will work you as much as they can and never say thanks. They expect you to work at home after work having conference calls with customers starting at late night hours.
