      - A lot of mentor-ship available as there are many developers here with decades of experience - Great work culture with friendly and approachable management - Competitive salaries with bonuses and RRSP matching available - Dedication by the company to keep employees happy (regular monthly events, social gatherings outside of work etc.) - Strong financial outlook for the company (at the time of this posting)

      - The FinTech industry is very complicated and has a steep learning curve that doesn't seem to ever end

      Pros

      There are lots of positives working at PaySafe both professionally and socially. The work environment is fast paced and your working day starts and finishes very quickly. There is always a new challenge in front of you everyday that you can solve and contribute tot he team. I especially like the social events that are constantly happening at our office like lunch for Autism, BBQ lunch and Summer party events. They always celebrate birthdays and have fresh fruit for staff on some mornings. The people are friendly and welcoming.

      1. Lots of help available from senior resources on tech issues. 2. Latest technologies used. 3. Work hours (7.5 hrs per day)

      Cons

      Calgary office is a bit far from train station which makes the commute in winter some what difficult.
