Pros

Benefits Free breakfast bars and cereal

Cons

In my experience, there wasn’t a clear strategic direction that teams were aligned to, which sometimes made priorities feel inconsistent. Everything is a priority. Expectations from management could feel unrealistic at times, especially given the workload and resources available. • Although the company promotes work–life balance, I personally found it difficult to maintain due to the pace and volume of work. • There was an unspoken expectation to work beyond contracted hours, even if this wasn’t explicitly stated. • The workload and pace can lead to burnout quickly if boundaries aren’t managed carefully.

Pros

Terrible company, people keep leaving, but management just doesn't care

Cons

Ridiculously low salaries, way below market level. Degree-less jobs, like cashiers or delivery get almost same money I do, as of end of 2025 No salary raises and bonuses were received in last 3 years. Super short stuffed, where management doesn't want to hire more people. As a result, even more people left due to stress and lack of work-life balance. In fact, whole teams left from multiple departments, but nobody cares. No development and career opportunities at all, as we just try to survive at this point, while being underpaid and short staffed. You are expected to work overtime, if you don't, they'll put you on PIP

It’s a trap.

Pros

Office culture is ok, when management isn’t involved.

Cons

• Compensation tends to be below market for many roles. • Layoffs occur regularly, even affecting long-tenured employees. • Promises of bonuses have not been fulfilled for several years, with goals set at an unrealistic level. • Resources are often spent inefficiently while employee programs are cut back. • Advancement and decision-making appear influenced more by connections than performance. • Increasing reliance on AI initiatives has created uncertainty about long-term job security.
