Great Company to work for. They care about your training and want to help you succeed. They will help you out if you are having problems.

Cons

Some of the employees do very little to help out the next person who is following them. They do just enough to make it look presentable.

What pros? Job sucks, and you lose your life.

Cons

overtime everyday, which is fine if you have no life and nothing to do, but anyone with a family is screwed.

My work week is 4 days on and 3 days off, this gives me lots of time at home

Cons

Not paid for as much as I do No room to grow within the company unless I am willing to apply at a plant 2-3 hours away. They cut hours as they see fit Expectations are high, but pestered to work faster.
