The pay for the work that you do is really good. Health benefits are pretty cheap but cover almost everything.

Cons

There is really no opportunity for growth, managers have been there for 15-20 years and more than likely won't be moving to move up in the company. So unless you plan on moving a lot then you are most likely stuck where ever you get hired
