      It is a very stable company

      Very little incentive to try to advance your career. Way too much process and too many people hired just to enforce and monitor processes.

      Best company I have ever worked at.

      Pros

      Very stable. Long history. Appreciates employees. Great place to work. I have worked with big companies like GE, Amazon and IBM but by far Philips is the best.

      Cons

      Thought for a while but could not come up with any cons.

      Bad management, poor support Highly political They will sell you quickly no matter how quickly you give to the company. Some unprofessional people Lack of HR support, especially during conflicts. They enslave you working non ending hours. Rarely gives you credit
