      Pros

      The people are undeniably the best part of working at Philips. The majority of departments are very supportive and collaborative. PTO is easy to schedule, middle management is mostly great also. Questions are encouraged and are often met with enthusiasm.

      Cons

      Constantly changing, high turnover recently, layoffs, and little communication from upper management on upcoming changes. Philips is suffering from change fatigue and a serious morale issue. Changes to remote work has left employees feeing very undervalued and unsure about the future. Professional development has been lacking for opportunities for employees that aren't on site. Upper management has explicitly said they will be prioritizing on-site professionals over remote. Philips has lost a lot of very knowledgeable and dedicated workers in the last year because of the recent changes. I used to feel very strongly about enjoying my work at Philips and now I feel taken advantage of and undervalued.

      To Many Moving Parts, Without Clear Accountability

      Pros

      Great people work here, innovation is on the forefront, Went to unlimited PTO, and mental health days for work/life balance.

      Cons

      To many leaders promoted to high level positions that do not know or understand the business of healthcare. Good Ol 'boys club. They talk about diversity and try to have you believe that is a top priority. However, it is not. Outside of women (white) in senior positions, there is no other diversity. Philips is in an identity crisis, they are all over the place.
