Pros

- The company has a very good system in place for annual reviews. - I never felt like anything unethical was occurring in the company - Most of the people I came across were very nice (but some were very fake) - Great upward mobility

Cons

- Low salaries compared to the rest of the market - Extremely competitive - Too internally focused - Great upward mobility, but to do so you are expected to move your home and family every 2 years

Pros

Superb management school for anyone caring for the general management position

Cons

Quite a lot of paperwork and procedures that are excessive and take load of time (vs. spending that time on business).
