Pros
Àll over P&G, you will normally be working with smart, supportive colleagues. I never recognized the shark-ish image that P&G-ers seem to have with some 'on the outside'. Good processes. Good brands. Good name on your cv.
Cons
It's no longer the great career machine it used to be. Resources have been reduced to the point where there is so much work for all that there is hardly any time left anymore for training and other capability improvement. Time between promotions has stretched to the rediculous, very capable people who would easily move up elsewhere, are kept at their old level seemingly indefinitely. Perks have slowly eroded, it's now nothing more than a middle-of-the-road MNC. The effect of short-term shareholder appeasement?
