Pros

Great coworkers, super talented people that are hard to find in one place. "Old fashion" values on how to treat employees.

Cons

Lots of confusion as to what direction company is moving in and that creates toxic environment. Sad to see such smart people not be motivated to do their jobs well...shame management hasn't figured this out.
