Pros

I will be honest and say that it is a pretty large commitment, you're moving out to a remote location. But if you are okay with simple living, it's definitely a great growth opportunity, really hands-on, and generally good teams.

Cons

Ultimately, your experience will boil down to how you feel about your manager.
