They take more than 20% commission. - They hire people without having a position for them, just to keep them as a contact, but they act like they're hiring for a position. You only see it was for nothing after all the interviews. - Low quality clients. They market themselves with their cheap dirt teams, and naturally, they attract low quality clients that only care about low rates. If you match with a client through the system, it's almost guaranteed that you will work with people you are going to regret soon.
