      Pros

      Proxify is an excellent company to work for. You can achieve a perfect balance between your work and personal life, as you have considerable autonomy to manage your tasks, and they provide support when needed.

      Cons

      Regarding benefits, the company offers no extras beyond the hourly wage, such as paid vacation or health insurance. It took me almost a year to secure a project, and unfortunately, feedback has been minimal.
