Pros

- I don't have to worry about finding employers or jobs that suit me. Proxify does that for me very efficiently. - They have a practical mechanism to filter candidates. I have seen other companies whose expectations are very unrealistic and sometimes totally irrelevant - They give a very good support for candidates and prepare them well for their meetup and interview with the client. They even have a training program with excellent trainers specifically for this.

Cons

I really don't have anything to point out as a con.

I don't know what could be good

Cons

This kind of unfair companies not only should be banned but they should be sued for unjust behaviour. They blacklist people for no apparent reason. And if you score even 100 you are banned. Very shadow company. Unfair attitude towards freelancers.
