      - fantastic team spirit - great start-up feeling - nice salary - a lot of freedom - you can work 100% remotely - they trust you very soon and let you make decisions autonomously

      Cons

      - I joined 6 months ago and there aren't any cons yet. Love it. Mainly the people but also the job itself.

      I was notified on LinkedIn for Proxify and applied immediately. The recruitment process took 1 week. The HR team is very polite. The community management team is very helpful matching you with good projects. Everyone on Proxify is helpful!

      Cons

      The thing about Proxify is that they do not have a hidden fee. Whatever is displayed on their website is true.
