      On a downward trend full of politics

      brand name that adds credibility to your resume

      Cons

      Getting more and more political. You can do your job well but you don't get recognised unless you are those showy type. A lot of back stabbing and it has been increasing. Want higher recovery at expense of employees life and health. Bosses tell you to focus on career and leave kids to Wife. They say they consider work life balance but if you have micro managers, they track your every movement. Supposed to be a coaching culture but they don't practice what they preach.

      Good Pay package while joining, company party once/twice an year

      Cons

      Total flatter-ism culture, no value to work, if you stay late in office even playing games for the whole day you are a gem, one can only grow if he/she can flatter his/her boss/senior management by giving treat/gift by any means, best delegation culture ever seen but no value to the work done by middle-lower & lower level employees, HR is toothless tiger, none can grow if he/she doesn't have above criteria, if you are joining at pretty high level then only it is good for you provided you are happy with this culture.

      Pros

      If you want a paid holiday, be a PwC G&PS practice member.. If you are visionless, aimless, one in a herd, and comfortable with high inertia then this is your paradise..... If you want to grow up the ladder by just warming the seat and not knowing anything, you are bang ON target!!!

      Cons

      1 Nothing to learn 2 High BD focus, zero delivery focus and quality 3 Begging clients to get payments released because clients are not willing to pay as they see only nuisance value 4 Super laid back!!! Can't even comprehend how they are surviving in the High Octane Management Consulting field 5 You frequently bump into people who cannot draft a single decent paragraph in English 6 Taking pride in ethics and values which are never there 7 Promise the moon in word, and give a ping pong ball in spirit 8 The learning curve gradient would become ~zero 9 Should thrive on politics 10 Third class work culture 11 OMG I can go on & on & on.... But don't want to waste more time. I hope the above points throw enough light!
