PWC SDC recruits people looking at their domain expertise and you will be attending multiple levels of interview.once you join you will be put to a project which is no where related to your expertise.I was part of core security team and had to leave pwc sdc for not getting proper projects.on the other side if you belong to the same state or speak the same language as that of the Security Director you will get onsite,good projects,promotions etc.So its the best place to work if you belong to Andhra.The managers are just for name sake and the people management is completely controlled by director.You will find politics in most of the companies and from my experience PwC SDC stays at the top especially within core security team.The company recruits people at large scale without proper planing.It takes huge time to allocate a seat/laptop for you once you join.The projects that you work will be completely controlled by the partners who sit in onsite and mostly you will be getting only MS office works.

Crushing workload, especially for some roles. Partners serve as leaders for all departments/practices. Some are good leaders, but many are terrible and there's no solution because they're part owners. Too bureaucratic, with outdated internal IT that makes jobs much harder than they should be.
