- poor work-life balance - very unbalanced workload (sometimes too much in too little time and some other absolutely nothing to do) - poor management: contact you on a friday 5pm asking for you to do things before the weekend just to end not even looking at it until a week later, changes their mind everyday and acts like you're the one who didn't understand, tends to put the blame on juniors in front of partners instead of taking responsibility, little to no training and feedback, pretty aggressive way of giving feedback (no constructive criticism, just humiliation) - the pay is actually not very impressive for a country like Luxembourg and the benefits are quite minimal (basic legal requirements and 2 extra days of annual leave), the bonuses are not possible for the first year of being in the company (you can get them later)

I left because of the politics in the comms department. It got very clicque-y, very hierarchical, and more focused on self-promotion than substance or real behavioral outcomes. The 2021 reorg prioritized the PR side of the department, elevating external comms via a bunch of new hires with little or no background in professional services, change management or internal comms -- a mistake in my view.
