Pros

Decent medical coverage. Can only speak for China and Hong Kong firm

Cons

1. Asked staff to take unpaid leave but threw lavish partner conference to congratulate themselves on job well done 2. Encourage extreme favouritism and hierarchical culture from the very top 3. The top management wants to tap in every new market but does not invest in anything. It’s all bark no bite 4. Management does not appreciate your input. In fact your opinions are an annoyance to them 5. Promote a number of questionable services and products that does not work to clients

Pros

Brand Value. I did not like the company and the culture from day 1, but stayed for 4 years just for brand name. I know it is unbelievable but thats the truth. All these 4 years were a nightmare !!!

Cons

1. Not a process based company 2. It is a person / personality based company - The partner decide your horoscope inside the company 3. You will be a manger and there will be no team 4. In case you have a team, you will have no authority on your team 5. You will be hired for a team and will be sent to another team 6. You will be hired for one location and will be forced to move to another location 7. If partner wakes up with a bad mood , your day is screwed.

Pros

1. Flexworking is part of the policy. I enjoyed the fridays when we would go back to the office and have a huddle up with the whole Consulting team. But of course, it also means you need to be flexible with your time too. Its not uncommon to work way past working hours and into the night. 2. One year of experience here is equivalent to 2 years elsewhere. You'll learn a lot and the projects are always fast paced.

Cons

1. The pay and increment is very little compared to the work load. As a junior, I was being underpaid and overworked. 2. The racism and favoritism is so incomprehensible, its TOXIC! You will find that Malays only make up the demographics only because of Bumiputra quota the company has to fulfil. I resigned because of this. I was being mistreated so badly by this one Senior Manager (now Director). 3. No work-life balance. I was always working on 3 projects simultaneously. They will never let you work on only 2 projects or less.
