Pros

only the brand, nothing much else

Cons

1) dada didi culture prevails in Kolkata , too much office politics 2) Most partners are bengali so PwC India is like a small scale Kolkata company 3) Dont expect global work culture PwC India is an india firm and has nothing of global standards 4) Clients are limited and international assignments are only from PwC network firms 5) Very few projects and you will struggle to get billed for a client. 6) You are left to deal with everything on your own, they dont even know what is team work. 7) Nobody wants to help anybody, you are expected to do everything yourself without any motivation from managers. 8) As a new joiner you dont feel welcome 9) Job responsibility not clear managers are useless and non-technical. 10) They dont realise the potential of employees 11) Only emphasis is profit and they dont care about employee well being 12) You are held responsible for ensuring your billing and profitability they donot try to assign you any project 13) Whole company is full of unethical practices in project management, present incapable people as experts to the client. 14) No emphasis on any technology, people work like govt office just want to pass time and relax with no foresight.

Pros

On the business side, you'll work with extremely talented and devoted people. They are driven and focused, but also understanding and compassionate. There are always a few that take things too far, but there is a fundamental coaching mentality at PwC that aims for constant improvement. I've never worked for a company that spends as much time coaching their leaders as they do coaching their staff.

Cons

The organization that I worked under for most of my career at PwC is a complete disarray. At what's truly frightening is they they either don't realize this or don't care. You can safely ignore nearly anything you read in the press - programs like "He for She" or "Lean In". This organization is run by insecure people who are somehow allowed to do whatever they want with very little consequences. Leaders of this group are leaders in title only, they do very little leading and are quick to judge, and will not flinch to throw its staff under the bus to further their careers. These leaders will develop complex hierarchies for product / service delivery, but then at a moment's notice change them and then blame the staff when the business wants to know why everything takes so long to complete.

Pros

PwC SDC (Slave Delivery Center) is a typical body shopping company. They are only concerned with per hour billing, Highly unethical and selfish Management. Here they treat employees as Donkeys and believe that anyone can do anything (Developer is made to do DTP , Testing work).

Cons

At PwC SDC(Slave Delivery Center) there is no training's provided. Employees are the product whom they sell to make revenue. The more an Employee (Donkey) can be billed the happier the management. They bill one resource for 16 hrs/day on different projects and pay employees peanuts.
