I have been with SDC for more than 4 years. Till now the employee strength was less but recently they are hiring in hordes. So this has resulted in single digit hike starting as low as 4% even though I was billable for the entire year. Bonus is also peanuts. Worked like anything for the entire year. Even though rating was good. The hike really really disappointed me. Earlier we used to get individual cabs when working in second shifts. Now we dont have individual cabs and we need to share with other guys. Cab timings are also fixed so you need to stay from 1 to 10 PM no matter what if you need a cab. It has become more of a call center kind rather than a IT company. Awards & Recognitions are given to those who just get familiar without working much and who just speak more rather than those who actually toil on the project day and night. Need to fight for cubicles as they have a very small office. Onsite opportunities is less and also onsite pay is just 50$/day. Onsite work will be very hectic with less time for personal time.
