Pros

Good people. Hierarchy is flat and approachable. Good for folks who want to pursue MBA or want to become a consultant. If you stay for -4 years, they pay like anything.

Cons

Strictly not for people who want to be in product-based companies.

Pros

Reasonable salary compared to mid size CPA firms. There are some cool people to make friends with. People pretended to be nice when you just joined the firm (but you will find out the truth when you work here longer)

Cons

Long work hours. Your work never gets appreciated; High turnover. Everyone hates their job and finds the best time to leave; Toxic company culture with a strong hierarchy. The higher level people frequently bully the lower level. When they say something hurtful, you can’t disagree; I don’t think I am being treated like a human being. During the busy season, it reached to the point that I didn’t have time to use the bathroom. The team would question you by asking what have been done in every 15 minuets. I remember I was in the bathroom changing sanitary pad. When I came back, the team complained and said “you have done nothing”.

Pros

Work from home option and flexible hours. Nothing than that no other good things to talk about. Full time employees have a lot of benefits.

Cons

Worst politics and a lot of mis communication .. they don't have any idea why they hire people and why they fire people at the same rate. They don't know how to properly use people skills set. Pay is very less. They just cheaply bargain to pay less salaries.
