The higher level people frequently bully the lower level. When they say something hurtful, you can’t disagree; I don’t think I am being treated like a human being. During the busy season, it reached to the point that I didn’t have time to use the bathroom. The team would question you by asking what have been done in every 15 minuets. I remember I was in the bathroom changing sanitary pad. When I came back, the team complained and said “you have done nothing”.

Worst politics and a lot of mis communication .. they don't have any idea why they hire people and why they fire people at the same rate. They don't know how to properly use people skills set. Pay is very less. They just cheaply bargain to pay less salaries.
