Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Management less competent than at most similar companies - serious deficit in basic management training. Employees constantly worried about what they say for fear of standing out or being politically incorrect - little honest communication. Management outside of programs stays in their ivory tower, so has no idea what's going on below them - seems like they don't want to know. Company tends to over-glorify high flyers too soon, promoting beyond their capabilities, especially women and minorities - sets them up for mediocrity - "they don't know what they don't know."

Provided Flexible hours, you can work from home, casual dress code, decent benefits, 401k, year-end holidays off, that's about it

Cons

Bad management, very unprofessional coworkers/managers with very little work ethic, low pay, have to work for five years before getting decent amount of PTO

Pros

Nice co-workers. Good benefits, 401k, PTO. 9/80 schedule is a big plus. Great and interesting programs. Smart people. Ethical company.

Cons

Poor career development program. Leadership took away profit sharing from employees, supposedly the money was put into award bucket but no transparencies on how award was allocated. Barely see any achievement awards (500-3000 range) any more, employees are getting $50 spot award for above and beyond performance. Hard to retain good talents, more and more people are leaving the IIS.
