Many different programs to choose from, good work-life balance, good compensation and benefits for work.
Cons
Though there are a lot of programs, your ability to work on them depends solely on your relationship with your manager and your networking skills. If you are at all passive, you lose. You will not get approved for training opportunities, you will not be short-listed for interesting projects, you will not get promoted. The only one looking out for you is you.
There are many great co workers that are very helpful if you are starting in your career. The benefits are great. It works on the 9/80 schedule, so you get every other friday off. The scheduling is also very lenient as you can take time off whenever you need to. You also get two weeks off at the end of the year, around december time which is one of the best benefits.
Cons
Senior management seems very disconnected and does not care about the workers. They don't understand what goes on in the engineering side, and cares just about the money, not about the quality.
