Pros

The company has a great mission-focus. Coworkers are competent and resourceful. There's an emphasis on respect in the workplace that means we can all work together on the mission. There are a lot of interesting problems they're trying to solve, and opportunities across the US and around the globe.

Cons

Working within the defense contractor award/fulfill cycle, we always seem to be a few years behind in technology. A lot of the jobs are in Washington, DC, California, and Texas, which are locations that don't appeal to everyone, whether due to cost, commute time, or culture.
