Smart energetic atmosphere, chance to move up the ladder fast, state of the art building and facilities, amazing maternity and paternity benefits along with a whole list of other benefits including share schemes, care for employees and subsidized lunch

Cons

you need to be able to deliver on time and to a high standard, RB favors the proactive and knowledgeable if this is not you, you may find it harder to move up the ladder
