Pros

Recognised brands. Strong focus and investment in digital and ecommerce. Opportunities for regional and global role.

Cons

Long working hours due to overloaded workload, management do not care about employee's mental health. Poor system add more to the workload and working hours. Political. Toxic environment. Poor leadership of Singapore commercial team. Local management team focus on short term sale and not long term implication.

Pros

The company offers wide ranges of tasks & opportunities. People are generally nice.

Cons

The company doesn't care about employee satisfaction or work condition. They seem to seek exploitation whenever opportunities arise. The leadership seem to not know what they are doing. No actions taken toward underperforming employees which demotivates the rest of the team greatly.
