      Good salary Flexibility in working hours arrangement Can learn different areas in shorter time

      Changing direction / team structure is common, may happen few times in a year Lack of empathy and lack of coaching within the company Communication is not always clear due to speed Fast pace hence centralise the key people in the HQ despite global company Long hours There is no minimum bonus as multiplier can be 0, so irrespective of your hard work, you can receive 0. Also No AWS.

      Pros

      I worked here for a year as part of my university degree. Firstly, the R&D site has world leading facilities that makes life in the lab really exciting. Everyone is super friendly and approachable. Really good company to work for to gain valuable experience in industry.

      Cons

      Cafeteria food can be questionable at times.
