Pros

There is nothing good about this site at all, the loonies are running the asylum or should that say the bullies.

Cons

Everything to do with the management. The managers, their training (none), attitude, self entitlement, no quality, no safety........OUT OF CONTROL, the whole place. Dries is the worst place to work, you think the managers are bad at Hull RB wait until you go to Dries, they cannot even spell the word incompetent. RB Hull is not a blue chip site, far from it. No-one likes it here

Pros

- If you start as a junior at RB, the learning curve is very steep and you are given a lot of responsibilities and visibility. RB is like a university where you are trained the basics of the FMCG industry in high quality. After working at RB once, every other company feels like cake walk. - It’s the best place for high performers, who are also promoted very fast to higher positions if they can deliver. RB believes in speed over perfection in the fast moving industry. Everybody needs to deliver under pressure and ensure growth. - RB believes in “work hard, party harder”. When the results are good and the targets are reached, there are incentive trips and high bonuses for all employees.

Cons

- Not a place for for people who spend too much time on research and details. Not for people who cannot work or deliver under pressure. - Sometimes the strategies are too short term. They give immediate results but are not very sustainable. And then new innovations need to be created every cycle to keep the growth coming. - Not the most ideal place if you focus most on family and need to leave office at 5pm everyday.

Pros

Empowerment and ability to make a difference. Fantastic portfolio which has a positive effect on the world.

Cons

You need to be a self starter. Systems are weak so people are more important. Where you have weak people the system can’t compensate. So depending on quality of manager the experience can be bipolar.
