Pros

Flexible Hours (Provided you get your things done) Good colleagues, can stay out of politics Great location Steep learning curve (no one will be there to hold your hand but it is the fastest way to learn) Strong P&L understanding skills expected from all employees (good for future carreer)

Cons

Diversity in RB should be looked into particularly at top management portion (you will see a common thread) Lack of progression Targets are top down Revise bonuses and targets after you join.
