      Great products to work on which enhance one's skill sets and understanding of the domain. High industry standards are set and met. Focus on trying to achieve the best that each individual can do.

      Cons

      However, if each individual get the best out of himself/herself does not guarantee the company achieves the targets. Team work is a must. Lack of team ethics and a political minefield. Even individuals within the same team do not know why something is being done. You just do your bit as you are asked to. Ultimately you get paid well but you don't enjoy your job.

      The compensation was great. Paid quite well, at least compared to the companies I knew about. The people working here are good workers and very intelligent.

      Cons

      The work can be very stressful at times. It will also prove to be difficult to handle work-life balance. If you want a social life, best to apply elsewhere.
